The 7th China International "Internet+" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

The7th China International "Internet+" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is NOW OPEN for application!

The China "Internet+" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (“Internet+”) was held since 2015 and was organized by the Ministry of Education. Being recognized as “the best roadshow platform worldwide”, last year, it drew 6.31 million participants from more than 4,180colleges and universities in 117 countries and regions. The competition covers a wide range of project areas, including information technology, cultural and creative Industry, biomedicine, Energy saving and environmental protection, education and training, medicine and health as well as social enterprise. Regarding participants, not only does it welcome current undergraduate and postgraduate students but also entrepreneurs graduated for no more than 5 years and joint participants of teaching staff and students.

In 2018, the Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association (HKNGCA) was authorized by the national organizing committee as the sole organizer of the “Internet +” selection competition of the Hong Kong region. For the past 3years, Hong Kong teams produced delighting results with9 gold medals, 21 silver medals and 30 bronze medals in total. Given the emphasis your institute put on entrepreneurship and the active participation of the teaching staff and students in this area, we would like to cordially invite you to promote the competition among campus or share the news with colleagues and students who might be interested, to provide them with a thriving platform and an opportunity to bring honor to your institute. 

This year’s competition will be held at the Nanchang University (Jiangxi) in late October. Below is the tentative schedule (subject to changes in the pandemic).

Application Deadline (Online Application): 15 August 2021(Sun)
(Hong Kong Regional Selection) Preliminary (Online Judging): Late August 2021
(Hong Kong Regional Selection) Final – Finalists must present to the judging panel in person: 4 September 2021(Sat)
National Final (Nanchang University): Late October 2021
