Highlights: 

A Pitching Skills Training workshop was held on June 25 (Thur) to help the enrolled teams of EYE Program prepare for the Pitching Day. Seasoned investors and entrepreneurs shared how to deliver a successful pitch and prepare for Q&A, and gave feedbacks to the teams after hearing their elevator pitch.

Reny Ng, Managing Director of Tri-Bridge Capital Group Limited

Mr. Ng is a veteran investment banker and investment advisor with world-class investment banking groups including Citigroup Global Markets Asia before switching into angel investment on his own. He also started up his own companies including an investment management cum corporate advisory company, and a couple of technology ventures focusing on medical services, and bio-science. He has been advising private entrepreneurs in mainland China on financial strategy in the past seven years. 

 

Karena Belin, Co-founder of W Hub

Karena co-founded W Hub out of Passion and Admiration for the Entrepreneurial spirit and the conviction that too many Talent is under-leveraged. At W Hub, Startups not solely advertise their products and services, but showcase their passion, mission, values, founders and the team behind the business. Originally from Germany, Karena has worked over 14 years for Procter & Gamble in Finance, Sales and Business Planning & Analysis across Germany, France, Japan (NEA) and Hong Kong/Taiwan. Her experience spans over technical areas in Accounting, Tax, Cost Management and Reporting, as well as business building areas such as product launches, strategic long-term planning, financial modelling, organisation re-design, competitive intelligence and negotiations.

 

Atin Batra, Founder of HUK

Atin is a branding and marketing professional, Founder-Director of digital marketing agency ab.Initio..HK and Founder of online events platform HUK. He builds brand and startup communities online and offline. A technology enthusiast and a social media aficionado, he is currently living his dream of being an entrepreneur at the cross-section of his passions: digital media, startups and events.
