Ms. FONG Sut Sam Rosetta

Ms Fong Sut Sam, Rosetta is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Convoy Financial Services Holdings Limited (CFSH, HKEX Code No. 1019). Ms Fong joined the Group in 1998 and was responsible for the development of Consultancy Force, Corporate Communications, Sales and Marketing, Training and Operations. She currently manages overall development and operation of the CFSH. Ms Fong has over 15 years of experience in finance industry. Her exceptional achievement in the industry and contribution to the community earned her the title of “Most Extraordinary Women in Finance 2009” from the Benchmark Magazine in 2009.

Ms Fong was born and grew up in Macau. She obtained her Graduate Degree in London and Master Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2002 and was placed on the Dean’s List.

Since 2010, Ms. Fong has been appointed as the Panel member of 2 Appeal Boards (Amusement Game Centres & Betting Duty Ordinance) of Home Affairs Bureau by Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Government and as the member of Marketing Management Committee of Hong Kong Management Association.  In 2011, she was appointed as advisory board member of the CUHK Center for Entrepreneurship and honorary member of Hong Kong Institue of Marketing. In 2012, she was appointed as the panel member of the Municipal Services Appeals Board by Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Government.

She is also active in community activities, including serving as the honorable Advisor for U-Hearts and Mission of Love.

馮雪心女士現任康宏理財控股有限公司(股份編號：1019)行政總裁及執行董事，負責集團業務運作以及制定發展策略。馮女士自1998年加入集團，曾於不同範疇擔任領導角色，包括理財顧問團隊、企業傳訊、銷售及市場推廣、培訓及營運。馮女士於金融服務行業積累逾15年經驗，憑藉在業界的卓越成就及對社會的貢獻，於2009年更榮獲《指標》雜誌評選為「2009金融業最非凡女性」。

馮氏於澳門出生及成長，並分別於香港及倫敦接受教育，擁有理學學士學位，於2002年，馮女士獲香港中文大學頒授工商管理學碩士學位並名列榮譽錄。

在擔任多個專業及慈善團體之核心成員的同時，於2010年，根據博彩稅條例，馮女士獲委任為上訴委員會(Appeal Board)的小組成員，以及根據遊戲機中心條例，獲委任為上訴委員會(遊戲機中心)的會員。同年，馮女士亦開始擔任香港管理專業協會銷售管理委員會成員。於2011年，馮女士獲委任為香港中文大學創業研究中心顧問委員會委員之餘，亦成為了香港市務學會榮譽會員。於2012年，根據市政服務上訴委員會條例，馮女士獲委任為上訴委員會(Appeal Board)的小組成員。

馮女士熱心參與社會公益事務，分別獲慈善團體兩地一心及盈愛行動委任為榮譽顧問，為該兩會的發展事務積極提供意見。
